Attorney Olubukola Olonade-Agaga has over 20 years of expertise in corporate secretarial and governance.
She worked with numerous businesses as a managing associate at a prestigious legal firm in Nigeria prior to joining the business, where she gathered broad knowledge and experience that she will use in her position there.
The Board will get assistance from Ms. Olonade-Agaga, Acting Company Secretary, in ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
